MEMBERS CAN SCHEDULE THEIR CLASSES ONLINE.

Click on the MindBody link below to book your classes. You may book for multiple classes within a 7 day period. Please cancel any booked classes that you cannot attend, to allow room for other members.

*FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS every Saturday morning at 9:00 am.

Join us for our *WOD (workout of the day). It will be scaled according to each person’s abilities. Please come in 10 minutes early to sign a health waiver.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

**Open gym is available for anyone with an Unlimited Membership that has completed the On-ramp training or a Test-out. You may work on skills or make up a WOD that you missed during the week.

 

Daily classes will consist of a warmup, a MOD (movement of the day) as time allows, and a WOD (workout of the day.) All scheduled WODs can be found on the main page, or by going to the “Members” tab and scrolling down.

      • 6:00 am

      • 9:00 am

        12:00 noon

        • 4:30 pm

        • 5:30 pm

        • 6:30 pm

Friday

**Open gym:  3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Classes:

        • 6:00 am

        • 9:00 am

        • 12:00 noon

        • 4:30 pm

        • 5:30 pm

Saturday

**Open gym: none
