Introductory Class – FREE
Try us out before you join. You are welcome to attend a Saturday morning 9:00 am class with no obligation. This class is a regular CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) and will be completely scaled according to your abilities. You will get a chance to see the gym, ask questions, and have fun with other CrossFitters. You can then decide if CrossFit is for you!
We want you to workout with us! There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You will receive personal coaching in a group setting, unlike a typical gym where it is up to you to motivate yourself. We program your workouts and follow your progress every time you walk through the door. Our pricing works out to be a fraction of what you would pay for personal training, yet you can depend on us to monitor and improve your skills on a continuous basis.
Signing up for unlimited classes can cost you as little as $6.00 a class if you take full advantage of your membership. You will also be able to attend open gym times whenever you like, as well as selected scheduled clinics.
These are a series of four 1-hour sessions that are required for anyone that has not been a member of a CrossFit in the past. We will teach you proper technique and the necessary skills that you will need to perform movements safely and effectively during workouts. The coaches will cover the basic fundamental weightlifting movements of CrossFit, as well as warm-up drills, basic gymnastic movements, Concept-2 rowing technique, kettlebell exercises, and others. You must complete all four classes before you can attend a regular class.
*You are required to pay for the On-ramp classes in advance. We encourage you to sign up for an additional month in order to gain expertise in your movements as we coach you during your regular classes.

Are you a CrossFitter? Show us your moves. If you have been a member of a CrossFit and can perform the required movements safely and with good technique, then we will be happy to allow you to test-out for us. However, we may possibly require that you complete additional On-ramp sessions if we feel that you cannot do the required moves safely. Your fee would be applied to those On-ramp classes.

IBB Punch Cards
10-Visit punch cards are available to everyone that has completed On-ramp training or test-out, and has paid their first month’s unlimited fee. CrossFit is a personal commitment; you will only see optimum results by working out on a regular basis. However, if you travel and need the flexibility, this card is an option. It is good for three months, because you’ll be saying…”I’ll be back“.
Welcome, out-of-town CrossFitters! Come by and join us for a WOD. If you are currently a member of another CrossFit box, please stop in or give us a call if you know you’ll be in town. We will make sure that we have space to accommodate you. Please arrive a few minutes before class time so that we can talk about the WOD with you.
