Conditioning

Min 1: Max T2B (rd1,3,5) Max Bar MU (rd 2,4)
Min 2: Max Box Jump Overs (24”/20”
Min 3: Max Echo Bike
Min 4: Rest

Interval
10 sets
40 Double unders
Odd sets: 12 DB DL (50/35’s)
Even sets: 12 DB Hang Cleans (50/35’s)
10 lateral burpees over DB
-Rest 1 minute after every set-

-Athlete is recommended to use one set of DB’s for both movements. Goal is sub 1:30 rounds every set.
